Customers and Projects

The Almega Company has painted many large projects that included sandblasting, spraying, application of exotic coatings; mastics, epoxies, vinyls and urethanes.  We have completed maintenance contracts for United States Steel exceeding $2 million in the past years at Clairton, Duquesne, Irvin and Edgar Thomson Works.

In the past we have performed work for various industries including steel and aluminum plants, power plants, chemical plants, coal mines, and steel bridges.  During the performance of the work, various types of structures were painted including tanks, conveyors, structural steel buildings, pipe bridges and many other structures.

We completed the expansion program for the Alcan Aluminum Plant located in Oswego, New York (over 6,000 tons of steel).  This plant was done in Color Dynamics and was featured in a brochure by PPG Industries, Inc.
